FORMULA 1 - F1 UNLOCKED

For Formula 1 we concepted, art-directed and wrote weekly content campaigns to grow the fanbase and deepen engagement, as well as social video campaigns around race-calendar highlight Silverstone.

This included fast turnaround email newsletters wIth a distribution list of over 65m people around the globe. ‘The Briefing Room’ and ‘The Overtake’ leant heavily on art direction and craft with bespoke imagery and typography to increase open-rates, going out just before and just after each Grand Prix, wrapping the weekend's action.

We also developed competition campaigns for money-can't buy prizes, like a VIP weekend at Silverstone for the British Grand Prix and the chance to win your name on the chequered flag at the finish line.


For the Silverstone Unlocked campaign, we had over 80,000 entries in the first 24 hours - the most they'd ever had.

La Bella Formula was a unique experience of racing which we co-creative directed, as seen through the driver’s eyes, brought to life via a series of abstract audio and visual experiences, in an immersive event that encapsulates what it feels like to drive for Ferrari.

The event took guests on a multi-sensory journey of the UK’s most iconic race, opening with The Hangar Straight, a ten-meter-long tunnel with full audio-visual stimuli, showcasing how the drivers experience this world-renowned part of the Silverstone track, through a beautiful abstract lens. 

It also feature an immersive infinity room known as The Wet Lap which simulated how drivers see the spectrum of colours, lights and shadows when driving through rain and show how the rain affects the view of the differing surfaces during a full wet lap of the iconic Silverstone circuit.
